**Cupid Cupcakery requires full payment the same day an order is placed, unless it is a wedding order. An order is not booked and guaranteed until payment is received. We do not accept payment on delivery.

These are starting prices for our cakes. The ultimate price will be based on the requested design, and the time required to execute it. Figure modelling, gumpaste or fondant flowers, or extensive decorating will incur an additional charge. Please be sure our cakes fit within your budget before contacting Cupid.

Rental fee includes the entire set-up. It is not on a per-piece basis. Rentals must be returned to Cupid Cupcakery within 4 days of the event, in excellent condition, with no missing or broken pieces, to receive a deposit refund. Our stands are only available for rental to customers who order their baked goods from us.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept secure credit/debit card payments through Google Checkout, as well as cash.

We will only accept a check for payment if there are at least 10 days between the date we receive your check and the required delivery date. This is to allow for bank processing time.

We require a $100 deposit and signed contract on all wedding orders, with payment in full due on a business day NO LATER than 14 days prior to your event date.

Please contact Cupid Cupcakery if you have any questions about pricing, or need a quote for a specific event. April returns all emails and phone calls in the evening. If you get April's voicemail, please leave a message, your call will be returned.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP INFORMATION

Pick-up for orders is available at Cupid Cupcakery in the evenings between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm Tuesday through Friday (we're closed Sundays and Mondays) and on Saturdays between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. A pick-up window will be scheduled with you when your order is placed.

Depending on availability, Cupid Cupcakery can offer delivery in the evenings Tuesday through Friday and on Saturdays for a mileage charge of $0.50/mile, roundtrip, to the greater Cleveland, Akron and Northeast Ohio region. We regularly deliver as far west as Sandusky, south to Wooster, and east to Youngstown. A delivery window will be scheduled with you when your order is placed. Our minimum order is 1 dozen cupcakes or a 6 inch cake.
